We act as a data processor for the leads you input into the system.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You represent and warrant that you have the right to contact the leads you import into Ressa.ai in compliance with TCPA and other relevant regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
Ressa.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the AI algorithms, scoring models, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the specific lead data you input into the system.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our AI aims to improve lead qualification, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates or sales outcomes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
